1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing any offering, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

2. Services

Our services include one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and coaching programs designed to support personal development and growth. All sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. You may request to reschedule at least 48 hours before a session. If you miss a session without prior notice, no compensation will be provided due to reserved time.

3. Informational Products

Informational products include e-guides, templates, and video courses delivered electronically. You will receive access via email or your account area.

4. Goods

Goods include printed materials or branded items shipped to your address. Processing and shipping times are indicated at purchase.

5. Payment

Payment methods are outlined at checkout. Charges will be billed at the time of purchase. All fees are in CAD.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service Refunds: To request a refund for a service, contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time using our Contact Form. Approved refunds will be credited via the original charge method within 10 business days. You may opt to reschedule instead of receiving funds.

Informational Product Refunds: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase provided you have not accessed or downloaded the product. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Goods Refunds: If you ship back goods within 30 calendar days from delivery date in original packaging and condition, you may receive a refund for the item price excluding shipping charges. Approved requests will be processed within 14 business days after we confirm receipt.

7. No Refund Services

Premium custom plans and exclusive workshops require significant preparatory effort and resource allocation. As a result, these offerings are nonrefundable once confirmed. This ensures commitment of our team and quality of preparation.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinAxisNow and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential matters arising from use of our offerings.

10. Governing Law
